Returns/Store Credit

Thank you for your purchase with Eight 21 Boutique. We understand an item might not look or fit the way you envisioned, and a return or exchange is necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the merchandise may be returned.

For store credit, the merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with tags still attached. The merchandise can't be altered, washed, or worn. If the aforementioned has occurred, the store credit will be denied, and the merchandise will be returned to the customer. The customer will have 10 days upon receipt of the merchandise to complete the return. The customer will cover the cost of return shipping. Once the merchandise has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for the store credit to be processed. Â

Exchange

For an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with tags still attached. The merchandise can't be altered, washed, or worn. If the aforementioned has occurred, the exchange will be denied, and the merchandise will be returned to the customer. The customer will have 14 days upon receipt of the merchandise to complete the exchange. The exchange must be equal to the returned merchandise.

Damages
Â
Eight 21 Boutique sincerely apologizes if you receive any merchandise damaged. The customer will have 2 days, upon receipt of the merchandise, to notify us about damages. The customer will need to include a picture of the damaged merchandise in the email. The customer is provided with a pre-paid shipping label. The merchandise must be shipped back within 5 days upon receipt of the shipping label. Once the merchandise has been received, a refund is issued for the merchandise plus shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Allot for any additional time it may take for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

When returning merchandise for store credit or exchange we recommend getting insurance and a tracking number with the courier of your choice. Eight 21 Boutique will not be held liable for any packages not received.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Eight 21Â Boutique will not be held liable for packages lost or stolen once delivery has been confirmed.
To ensure delivery, please confirm address information is correct when placing your order.
